"Best "Crappy" Service Around! Best "Crappy" Service around! – We received a letter saying that our septic was due to be pumped (3-5 yr recommended). When I called to make the appointment they were sooo nice and friendly. Also answered all my questions and had a lot of useful information. My husband had a little trouble finding the septic lids but when the owner arrived with his truck on appointment day he probed the ground with a rod and soon found our tank. My husband dug up the covers and the pumping was done quickly. The owner is a great guy and awesome to talk to. We wrote a check and talked some more before he left. Excellent customer service and nice people. We will be calling you next time!"

I, too, had the privilege of meeting with the owner, and had several conversations with his wife (manning the phones). They showed up on time, did the job, and were quite fair.
